Artist Bio
I am a Graphic Design student at FIU and a citizen designer who explores cultural and social norms. I enjoy creating both designs and concept-driven projects.
In the past, I have collaborated with a nonprofit organization focused on the conservation of our lands and oceans. I have also produced original work inspired by other artists, such as Andy Warhol. My design interests include minimalism and typographic art.
Artist Statement
As a design student at Florida International University, I created a
simple stencil to raise awareness about storm drain pollution and its
impact on ocean life. The design features a sea turtle and fish
alongside trash like a plastic bottle and cigarette butt to show how
waste pollutes our waterways and threatens marine ecosystems.
